| 摘 要： | 长输管道通球扫线作业通常要用较多的压风机,而远途调遣施工设备需花费大量人力和物力,且设备的利用率又低,针对这种情况,提出了一种长输管道通球扫线的新方法,即将管道分段焊接,分段进行通球扫线作业,这样可减少压风机的数量,提高通球扫线的效率。文章结合工程实际,介绍了这种新方法的工艺原理、操作方法和施工注意事项。
