摘    要:为了提高芦竹中芦竹碱提取得率,采用单因素试验测定超声功率、超声时间、超声温度、料液比、乙醇体积分数、p H对芦竹碱得率的影响。利用三因素三水平的响应面试验对提取条件进行优化。结果显示,芦竹碱最佳提取条件为:超声功率600 W、超声时间50 min、乙醇体积分数60%、超声温度50℃、液料比值40 mL/g、pH 5。在此条件下芦竹碱提取得率为1.00%。说明该工艺稳定,重现性好。

Abstract:The extraction of gramine from Arundo donax was optimized by the single factor experiment to analyze the impact of the ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,pH on the yield of gramine.The method of response surface analysis with four factors and three levels was adopted to optimize the extraction process.The optimum technological circumstances were resolved as follows:ultrasonic power 600 W,ultrasonic time 50 min,ethanol concentration 60%,ultrasonic temperature 50℃,liquid-solid ratio 40 mL/g,and pH 5.The gramine yield was 1.00%.The experimental consequences demonstrated that the gramine extraction process was stead and repeatable.
