花椒中抗AchE活性物质的提取工艺

摘    要:采用Ellman比色测定法,以AchE抑制率为考察指标,通过单因素试验研究溶剂种类及体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间等对AchE抑制率的影响,设计正交试验优化花椒中抗AchE活性物质的提取工艺。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:提取溶剂80%乙醇溶液,提取温度70℃、提取时间120 min、料液比1︰12(g/mL)。在此条件下提取得到的花椒提取物表现出较高抗AchE活性,AchE抑制率为67.42%。

Abstract:The AchE inhibition rate was optimized by Ellman colorimetric assay.The effects of solvent type and ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal array design.The results showed the optimal extraction process was as follows:80%ethanol solution,temperature 70℃,extraction time 120 min and the ratio of material to liquid 1︰12(g/mL).Under this condition,the extract of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim extract showed higher acetylcholinesterase activity resistance.The AchE inhibition rate reached 67.42%.
