摘    要:针对熟料烧成热耗指标获取所需工作量大、精度低等问题,提出一种熟料烧成热耗快速计算方法.该方法利用生产线以往热工标定数据,仅需对预热系统和分解炉的过剩空气系数以及出篦冷机熟料温度进行现场测定,随后录入预热器系统出口温度、入煤磨或窑头锅炉余风温度,即可实现对熟料烧成热耗的快速计算.与传统热工标定相比,检测和计算工作量大幅降低,同时可以有效避免计量偏差所造成的计算误差.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large workload and low accuracy required for obtaining the clinker firing heat consumption index,study in this paper put forward one fast calculating method to obtain the heat consumption of the formation of cement clinker.The calculating method uses the past thermal calibration data as reference,heat consumption under different working conditions can be obtained quickly by replacing the temperatures of the outlet flue gas of preheater and the inlet air of both coal mill and AQC boiler with values as measured by DCS system.In addition,a wide range of measurements in conventional approaches can be substantially streamlined,the only parameter needed to be measured onsite in this method was the excess air coefficients of preheater and calciner,workload of detection and calculation was greatly reduced.
