卡尔费休容量法测定烟酸中水分含量

摘    要:研究了卡尔费休容量法测定烟酸中水分含量的可行性。烟酸中的水分含量,不仅关系到产品的物理化学性能,还会影响产品中微生物的生长繁殖,进而影响产品的保质期。通过研究卡尔费休法容量法和干燥法对烟酸中水分含量的结果对比,对烟酸中的水分含量的分析方法进行研究。结果表明,卡尔费休法测定烟酸中的水分含量,其精确度远高于干燥法。采用卡尔费休法测定水分,不仅专一性好,而且检测时间短,效率高,是测定烟酸中水分含量的精确、高效的方法。

Abstract:We have researched the feasibility of Karl Fischer volumetric method to determine the water content of nicotinic acid.The water content of nicotinic acid is not only related to the physical and chemical properties of products,but also affects the reproduction of microorganisms in products,thereby affecting the shelf life of products.By comparing the results of water content in nicotinic acid by Karl Fischer volumetric method and drying method,the analysis method of water content in nicotinic acid was studied.The results showed that the accuracy of Karl Fischer method for determination of water content in nicotinic acid was much higher than that of drying method.The Karl Fischer method is not only accurate and specific,but also has a high efficiency.It is the best method to determine the water content in nicotinic acid.
