摘    要:本文以溧阳某水泥窑协同处置危废项目为工程实例,通过计算危险废物作为传统燃料的替代比例,核算其降低煤耗能力,并结合整个处置过程中各生产环节的碳排放量情况,分析计算可得协同处置每吨危险废物可减排0.288t CO_2。水泥窑协同处置危险废物是水泥企业碳减排的一条重要技术途径。

Abstract:This paper takes a co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns in Liyang as an engineering example, and accounts the ability to reduce coal consumption by calculating the fuel substitution rate of hazardous waste. Considering the carbon emission of each link in the whole disposal process, each ton of hazardous waste disposal can reduce 0.288 t CO2. The co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns is an important technical approach to carbon emission reduction in cement enterprises.
