水泥助磨剂助磨效果的研究

摘    要:试验选用常用的助磨剂A(丙三醇)、B、D三种不同的助磨剂,从水泥的45μm筛筛余、比表面积、均匀性系数n、标准稠度用水量4个指标分别来评价三种助磨剂的助磨效果。结果表明,助磨剂的助磨效果可以通过水泥的45μm筛筛余、比表面积、均匀性系数n进行表征,而用标准稠度用水量来评定效果不理想。

Abstract:Three different kinds of A(glycerine),B and D as grinding aids were studied.By means of analysis of four indicators which include 45μm square hole sieve,specific surface area,distribution index n and water requirement of normal consistency of cement,evaluated the grinding effect of grinding aids.The results showed that the 45μm square hole sieve,specific surface area,and distribution index n could be used to represent the grinding effect of grinding aids,and the water requirement of normal consistency of cement could be used to evaluate the result was not satisfactory.
