摘    要:一种锌络合物(2-羟基亚苄基)天冬氨酸锌(Zn-HBAPA,HBAPA=(2-Hydroxybenzylidene)aspartic acid)被成功合成,通过180℃的变色和脱氢氯化试验,证明了Zn-HBAPA是可以作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定剂助剂,在CaSt2和三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷(THAM)的协同作用下,该配方下的热稳定剂维持PVC样品的初期颜色时间可达90 min左右,并且使PVC样品完全变黑时间可长达160多分钟,该热稳定剂与CaSt2和ZnSt2具有较好的协同作用,对PVC具有良好的相容性。

Abstract:A new zinc chelate stabilizer,the complex Zn-HBAPA(HBAPA=(2-hydroxybenzylidene)aspartic acid)was synthesized.We did experiments of discoloration and dehydrochlorination tests at the temperature of 180℃,and we demonstrated Zn-HBAPA can be used as a excellent long-term thermal stabilizer of PVC.Moreover,Zn-HBAPA used together with tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane(THAM)and CaSt2 m(PVC)=50.0 g,m(Zn-HBAPA)=0.5 g,m(THAM)=0.5 g,m(CaSt2)=0.5 g,V(dioctyl phthalate)=35 mL,it can maintain the initial color of PVC samples for 90 min and completely black time is 160 min.The thermal stabilizer has a good synergistic effect with CaSt2 and THAM,as well as a good compatibility with PVC.
