水泥窑协同处置危险废物过程中重金属固化的问题研究进展

摘    要:本文对水泥窑协同处置废弃物过程中,重金属固化机理以及相关影响因素的研究进行综述分析,结果表明:水泥生产过程中存在生料窑灰冷凝吸附、熟料晶格固溶以及水化凝胶吸附交换的作用机理,可确保危险废物中重金属有效固化;同时,可通过调控影响重金属固化效果的相关因素,减少重金属的挥发迁移,降低对生态环境造成污染和破坏的可能性。

Research progress on solidification of heavy metals during co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns

Abstract:The curing mechanism of heavy metal and related influencing factors during the co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns have been reviewed in this paper. The results show that there are three mechanisms of heavy metal solidification including condensation adsorption in raw kiln ash, crystal lattices solidified in clinker and gel adsorption by hydrated, which can ensure the effective solidification of heavy metals by cement kiln disposal. In addition, the volatilization and migration of heavy metal can be reduced through controlling the related factors on solidification effect of heavy metals, which also can reduce the possibility of pollution and destruction to the ecological environment.
