摘    要:主要概括了红霉素的特性、残留危害以及目前国内外的检测情况,主要包括高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法、气质联用法、薄层色谱法、微生物检测法、酶联免疫分析法、胶体金免疫层析法、荧光微球免疫层析法、固相微萃取、分子印迹固相萃取。

Abstract:Mainly summarize the characteristics of erythromycin, its residual hazards and the current detection situation at home and abroad, mainly including high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, thin layer chromatography, microbial detection, enzyme-linked immunoassay, colloidal gold immunochromatography, fluorescent microsphere immunochromatography, solid phase microextraction, and molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction.
