摘 要: | 华新水泥FM工厂一条2 500 t/d生产线配置第三代LBTF2750篦冷机,为提高产量FM工厂决定对该篦冷机进行改造。文章详细介绍了整个改造过程,分析篦冷机生产过程中存在的问题,提出解决方案。在窑尾预热器系统没做任何改动情况下,取得了提高熟料产量269.79 t/d,降低单位热耗39.24×4.12 kJ/kg等效果,超出了预期改造目标。

Transformation of LBTF2750 grate cooler to increase production and reduce consumption |

Abstract: | A 2500 t/d production line of Huaxin Cement FM plant is equipped with the third generation LBTF2750 grate cooler. In order to increase the output of FM plant, they decided to transform the grate cooler. This paper introduces the whole transformation process in detail, analyzes the problems existing in the production process of grate cooler, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Without any modification to the preheater system at the kiln tail, the clinker output has been increased by 269.79 t/d and the unit heat consumption has been reduced by 39.24 × 4.12 kJ/kg, which is beyond the expected target of transformation. |
