摘    要:J公司水泥制成采用辊压机双闭路联合粉磨系统,调试过程中发现:物料易磨性差,一级V型静态气流分级机对物料的分散不均匀,管磨机磨尾用风不合理,管磨机内部仓长比例分配以及研磨体级配不合理。结合相关联的工艺与设备、中控操作参数等进行分析,在实施针对性改进方案与措施后,系统获得了较为理想的增产、节电效果。

Case analysis of production increasing technology of roller press double closed circuit combined grinding system

Abstract:The cement of J company is made by double closed road combined grinding system of roller press.During debugging,it is found that the material is difficult to grind,the dispersion of the first class V static air classifier to the material is not uniform,the wind used for grinding tail of pipe mill is unreasonable,the proportion distribution of bin length in pipe mill and the gradation of grinding body are unreasonable.Combined with the associated process and equipment,the central control operating parameters and so on,the system achieved a more ideal effect of increasing production and saving electricity after the implementation of targeted improvement programs and measures.
