水泥标准稠度用水量偏高的原因分析解决措施

摘    要:对同一区域不同厂家熟料、混合材、指标控制及粉磨工艺对比,找出水泥标稠偏高原因。通过对水泥配料方案优化、水泥生产的细度控制及粉磨工艺的改进,P·O42.5水泥标准稠度用水量大幅降低,调整前后水泥标准稠度用水量下降1.5%左右,水泥与混凝土外加剂的相容性增强,用户拌制混凝土和易性改善,提高了产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:comparing clinker, mixture, index control and grinding process of different manufacturers in the same area, find out the reasons for the high thickening of cement. Through the optimization of the cement ingredient plan, the fine-control of cement production, and the improvement of the grinding process, the standard water consumption of P·O42.5 cement has been greatly reduced, the water consumption of cement standard consistency before and after adjustment has dropped by about 1.5%, and the compatibility between cement and concrete additives has been enhanced. The users mix concrete and improve the ease of use, improve the market competitiveness of products.
