摘    要:以EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)和光转化材料为主要原料,以抗紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂为光老化助剂制备了一种新型太阳能光伏膜,并研究了配方中抗紫外助剂、抗氧剂等对太阳能光伏膜光老化性能的影响。实验结果表明:紫外吸收剂能有效地对透过太阳能光伏膜的紫外线进行吸收,但是对太阳能光伏膜的量子产率有很大影响。光稳定剂和抗氧剂能有效提高新型太阳能光伏膜的抗光老化性能。

Abstract:In this paper,a solar photovoltaic film was prepared with EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)and light conversion material as the main raw materials,and anti-uv absorbents and antioxidants as the photoaging assistants.Then,the influence was studied of anti-uv assistants and antioxidants in the formula on the photoaging performance of the solar photovoltaic film.The experimental results show that ultraviolet absorbents have a great influence on the photoaging performance of the solar photovoltaic film.Ultraviolet absorbers can reduce the quantum yield rate of the photovoltaic film from 90%to 3%,and both photostabilizers and antioxidants can effectively improve the photoaging performance of such this new solar photovoltaic film.
