某12 000 t/d生产线烧成系统热工分析

摘    要:针对12 000 t/d生产线烧成系统进行热工标定,分析发现预热系统出口空气过剩系数仅为1.028,系统控风较好;熟料烧成热耗为3 084.85×4.18 kJ/kg,系统分离效率达到94.88%,均属较优水平。然而,预热系统出口温度357℃,略高于平均水平,C4存在内漏风现象,篦冷机热回收效率偏低,生产线仍存在一定优化空间,本文对生产线问题进行分析并提出了针对性改进建议,以期继续降低熟料烧成热耗。

Abstract:According to the thermal calibration of the 12 000 t/d production line burning system, the analysis found that the preheating system outlet air excess coefficient is only 1.028, the system control wind is better; the clinker burning heat consumption is 3 084.85×4.18 kJ/kg, the system separation efficiency is reached 94.88% are all superior levels. However, the preheating system outlet temperature is 357 °C, slightly higher than the average level, C4 has internal leakage phenomenon, the heat recovery efficiency of the grate cooler is low, and there is still some optimization space in the production line. This paper analyzes the production line problem and proposes targeted improvement. It is recommended to continue to reduce the heat consumption of clinker burning.
