摆线转子泵外转子与偏心套之间接触应力的计算

摘    要:摆线转子泵的外转子与偏心套之间的接触应力大小与摆线泵的工作压力直接相关。根据摆线针轮传动的受力分析,从外转子受力分析着手,推导出外转子和偏心套之间的接触应力计算公式,并通过一示例进行了计算。

Abstract:The contact stress between the external rotator and the eccentric sleeve of cycloidal pump is directly related to the working pressure. Based on the cycloidal drive, the loading of the external rotator was analyzed, and the calculation formula of contact stress between the external rotator and the eccentric sleeve was deduced. It was calculated through one example.
