| 摘 要： | 通过改善40kg试验用小焦炉的密封性、炉膛中增加硅碳棒桥砖，增加耐火砖和保温石棉，增加热电偶套管及工艺改进等措施，提高了焦炉的保温、升温等性能和试验的结焦率，延长了焦炉的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The properties of insulation and heating of coke oven are raised,coke yield is raised by process improvement of 40 kg small coke oven,for example,improving sealing,increasing silicon-carbon brick,refractory brick,insulation asbestos and thermowell in furnace.Meanwhile,service life of coke oven is prolonged. |
