中国13省1999-2005年瘦肉精食物中毒个案分析

摘    要:收集分析中国各地发生的瘦肉精食物中毒个案,对有关中毒事件的地域分布、应急处理、检测机构、定量分析、中毒救治和事件追溯等研究表明:1999-2005年专业文献报道的瘦肉精食物中毒发生在华北、华东、华中和华南地区共13个省43个市(县),涉及中毒2 455人.无中毒死亡情况报道.根据检测结果推测,当食物中盐酸克伦特罗含量达0.2 mg/kg时,有可能出现中毒临床症状;瘦肉精在食物中残留量的分析测定受制于检测条件;对瘦肉精的追踪溯源常限于本埠猪源;中毒救治时若不明中毒致因可能导致误诊.综合分析中毒个案有助于全面了解和快速应对瘦肉精食物中毒事件.

Abstract:The food poisoning cases caused by Clenbuterol in China occurred from 1999 to 2005 was researched. Based on the published disquisition of food poisoning cases in these 7 years, the poisoning time, poisoning locale, poisoning cure, food toxicant, and investigation process were analyzed in detail. In 13 provinces, there were 2 455 persons poisoned but no death. Results show that the clinical symptom poisoned may appear when the content of Clenbuterol reaches 0. 2 mg/kg. Because of the limitation of test conditions, it was difficult to find the source of Clenbuterol. The statistics of specific cases could yield comprehensive understanding of the Clenbuterol food poisoning cases.
