摘 要: | 采用新型捕收剂TF-66对某低品位镁质磷块岩进行反浮选试验,用硫酸、TF-66药剂组合试验可获得品位35.94%、回收率88.27%的磷精矿。扩大连续试验稳定运行了72h,可得产率51.47%、品位36.15%、回收率90.76%的磷精矿产品,精矿中MgO含量仅为0.839%,尾矿中P2O5含量为3.90%。本试验所获技术指标非常理想,为该低品位镁质磷块岩矿石的开发利用找到了一条有效途径。

Abstract: | An in-depth research on a low-grade phosphate ore,with the new type of collector TF-66.According to the characteristics of the ore-magnesia phosphorite,reverse-flotation tests carried out,using sulfuric acid and TF-66,phosphate concentrate with 35.94%P2O5,and the recovery rate of phosphorus is 88.27%.Test for the 36.15% grade and recovery rate of 90.76%,the MgO content is only 0.839% in concentrate,with 3.90%P2O5 in the tailings.This test received a very good technical index,and an effective way has been found for the low-grade magnesia phosphorite of the development and utilization. |
