风力振动槽技术在粮食企业中的应用

摘    要:介绍风力振动槽水平输送工作原理和性能特征,分析带式输送机和机械振动输送机的工作和结构特点,说明采用粮食风运垂直提升并完成初清工艺,然后采用风力振动槽进行水平输送的技术,具有投资省,密闭性能好,便于自动控制等优点。

Abstract:The working principles and properties of transporting grain vertically by wind power and conveying grain horizontally by wind_driven vibration groove were intruduced. Its superiority of mutual benefit and technical features of transporting grain into the depot were analyzed .It was stated that hoisting grain vertically by wind power and completing preliminary clearance and then transporting the material horizontally by wind_driven vibration groove had the advantages of low cost and good tightness as well as convenient automatic control.
