玉米胚延缓衰老作用的研究

摘    要:研究玉米胚的延缓衰老作用。方法:用高脂饲料造成鼠类衰老模型,实验组在高脂饲料中加入15%或20%的玉米胚,分别用雌,雄性瑞士小鼠进行45或50d的喂养实验,测定红细胞超氧化的歧化酶(SOD),血清过氧化脂质(LPO),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),尿酸和皮肤羟脯氨酸(Hyr)等生化指标。结果:实验组与模型组相比,不论雌,雄性小鼠SOD,GSH-Px活性明显提高9P<0.05),LPO含水量显著降低(P<0.05),雄性小鼠的HDL-C及皮肤羟脯氨酸(Hyr)含量升高显著(P<0.05),而尿酸的含量则下降35.6%(P<0.01)。结论:玉米胚具有显著的抗氧化作用。能够延缓衰老。
