玉米胚延缓衰老作用的研究

研究玉米胚的延缓衰老作用。方法：用高脂饲料造成鼠类衰老模型，实验组在高脂饲料中加入15％或20％的玉米胚，分别用雌，雄性瑞士小鼠进行45或50d的喂养实验，测定红细胞超氧化的歧化酶（SOD），血清过氧化脂质（LPO），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－PX），以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C），尿酸和皮肤羟脯氨酸（Hyr)等生化指标。结果：实验组与模型组相比，不论雌，雄性小鼠SOD，GSH－Px活性明显提高9P＜0．05），LPO含水量显著降低（P＜0．05），雄性小鼠的HDL－C及皮肤羟脯氨酸（Hyr)含量升高显著（P＜0．05），而尿酸的含量则下降35．6％（P＜0．01）。结论：玉米胚具有显著的抗氧化作用。能够延缓衰老。
