有机溶剂热回流法水飞蓟有效成分的提取研究

摘    要:采用有机溶剂热回流法 ,对同一批脱脂水飞蓟种子中的有效成分进行了提取研究。结果表明 ,以乙醇作溶剂提取 180min ,水飞蓟素产率最高 ,为 14 .2mg/g脱脂种子 ,以甲醇为溶剂提取2 4 0min ,水飞蓟宾产率最高 ,为 6 .6mg/g脱脂种子 ;应用乙醇为溶剂 ,对脱脂和未脱脂种子提取的结果表明 ,脱脂步骤有利于提高水飞蓟素和水飞蓟宾的产率。

Abstract:The Effective composition of defatted silybum marianum seeds was extracted with different solvent by organic solvent-internal reflux method. The results showed that the silymarin yield with ethanol for 180 min was the highest (14.2 mg/g defatted seed) and the silybin yield with methanol for 240 min was the highest (6.6 mg/g defatted seed). The experiment showed that fat removal can increase yields of silymarin and silybin.
