摘    要:介绍新研制成功的应用于火力发电站的锅炉水冷壁清扫、检测永磁吸附爬壁机器人。分析了它的本体结构、磁路设计、密封系统及控制系统。该机器人能缩短作业周期 ,提高电站的经济效益 ,降低劳动强度 ,提高检测精度。它具有较大的应用前景

Abstract:This paper presents a brief introduction to the newly dev eloped magneto adsorptive wall-climbing robot for cleaning and inspecting wall t ube of boilers in thermal power station. Analysis is carried out for the magnetic circuit design, principal part’s construction, seal system, control system, clea ning mechanism, and thickness measuring equipment.This kind of robot can effectively shorten the working hour, enlarge the economic benefit,decrease labor inten sity, and improve measuring precision. Therefore, the application of the robots m akes remarkable social and economic benefits.
