Abstract:The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of aliphatic polyesters such as polyethylene-succinate(PES), polybutylene-succinate(PBS),polyhexylene-succinate(PHS),polyhexylene-adipate(PHA) and polyhexylenesebacate (PHSe) was investigaed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).And the data were treated with Avrami equation.The Avrami exponent(n),crystallization rate parameter(Z_c),crystallization activation energy(E_c) and supercooling degree(△T) of aliphatic polyesters were obtained.The results show that the crystallization behavior of aliphatic polyesters strongly depends on the content of ester group.The supercooling degree decreases and the crystallization rate increases when the ester group content increases.The rigidity of ester groups reduces the flexibility and crystallinity of aliphatic polyesters,and also influences the crystallization mechanism.
