摘    要:用硬脂酸锌作催化荆,空气氧化法制备氧化聚乙烯蜡.结果表明,在温度160℃~170℃,空气流量为800 L/h,催化荆用量为1.0%~2.0%的条件下氧化聚乙烯蜡6 h,可制得酸值20.0 rag KOH/g~25.0 mg KOH/g蜡的氧化蜡;红外光谱分析表明氧化后蜡分子中引入了羧基、羰基等官能团.对氧化蜡用阳非离子...

Abstract:The polyethylene wax(PE) was oxidized with O2 using zinc stearate as catalyst.Experiment shows that at 160 ℃~170 ℃,800 L/h of air flux,1.0%~2.0% of catalyst amount and 6 hours’ oxidation,the oxidized PE(OPE) with 20.0 mg KOH/g~25.0 mg KOH/g acid number can be prepared.IR shows that polar groups for example-COOH,-CO,etc have been imported into the molecular of PE.Phase inversion and shearing were used in the cationic emulsifying;the stability and particle diameter of the emulsion were analyzed.Emulsifying experiment shows that using combination emulsifiers of OS-15 and 1631,the amount of which is 15% and 5% respectively according to the mass of OPE,90 ℃~95 ℃ of emulsifying temperature,continuously stirring for 40 min~60 min,steady cationic OPE,emulsion can be prepared,the average particle diameter of which is 5.8 μm.
