摘    要:采用溶液共混法将不同含量纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)充填于聚乙丙交酯(PLGA)制得n-HA/PLGA纳米复合材料,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了该复合材料的等温结晶行为并采用Avrami方程处理等温结晶过程,计算结晶动力学参数.结果表明,该n-HA伊LGA复合材料体系结晶速度快慢的温度大部分符合110℃>100℃>1...

Abstract:Nano-hydroxyapatite(HA)/ poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA) composites with different n-HA contents were prepared by co-solution method.The kinetics of isothermal crystallization of n-HA/PLGA composites have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The Avrami equation has been used to analyze isothermal crystallization,and the correlative kinetics parameter values were given.The results show that crystallization temperature(Tc) is one of important factors,and the crystallization rate is accord with the relational expression of 110 ℃>100 ℃>120 ℃>90 ℃>130 ℃.On the other hand,in the same Tc,the presence of n-HA acts as nucleate and enhances greatly the crystallization rate of PLGA,and the parameter value of the half-time for crystallization(t1/2) is obvious shortened.Moreover,the crystallization rate is by and large based on the formula of 3% n-HA > 10% n-HA > 1% n-HA >5% n-HA>PLGA.
