Abstract:This paper researched the properties of organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers modification epoxy adhesive with viscosity,single lap shear strength,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Due to organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers with epoxy adhesive can form interpenetrating networks structure and hydrogen bond,the viscosity and single lap shear strength of the modification adhesive increase.When 5 phr organosilicone modifying acrylic polymers are added into the adhesive,although Tg decreases 10 ℃,shear strength of Ti alloy and copper bonding increases 2.5 times respectively,the bonding of PVC,ABS and SMC is broken by the adhesive,the viscosity only increases one time.
