摘    要:采用非等温热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)技术研究了燃料电池质子交换膜在过氧化氢氧化后的热分解机理,并用Achar和Coats-Redfem方法对非等温动力学数据进行了分析,得到了其热分解的反应机理函数和动力学参数.计算结果显示,第一阶段热分解过程受(D3)三维扩散机理控制,表现活化能为172.6 kJ/mol,指前因子...

Abstract:The thermal decomposition mechanism of proton-exchange membrane was investigated by utilizing non-isothermal thermogravimetric-digital thermogravimetry(TG-DTG) analysis,as it was oxidized by H2O2.The non-isothermal kinetic data were analyzed by using the Achar method and Coats-Redfem method.The mechanism function and kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition were obtained.The calculation results show that the three-dimensional diffusion(D3) mechanism controls the thermal decomposition process in first stage.The apparent activation energy and the pre-exponential factor is 172.6 kJ/mol and 2.49×1011min-1 respectively.The third-order reaction(F3) mechanism controls the thermal decomposition process in second stage.The apparent activation energy and the pre-exponential factor is 248.0 kJ/mol and 6.79×1017 min-1 respectively.
