摘    要:利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对阳离子染料可染共聚酯CDP及ECDP的等温结晶动力学进行研究,并与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)相比较,寻求其变化规律.结果表明,各共聚酯的实验教据同Avrami理论吻合较好,有明显的线性关系,但在结晶后期出现了偏离.随着第三及第四单体的加入,结晶速率G逐渐减小,且酯型ECDP的结晶速率要...

Abstract:The isothermal crystallization kinetics of cationic dyeable poly(ethylene terephthalate)(CDP) and easy cationic dyeable poly(ethylene terephthalate)(ECDP) was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and results were compared with polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The results show that the experimental data of copolyesters agrees with Avrami theory and demonstrates obvious linear relationship,but appears deviation in late crystallization.The crystallization rate(G) decreases with the addition of the third component and the fourth components,and the crystallization rate of the ester type ECDP is lower than that of ether type ECDP.In addition,the temperature has little influence on Avrami exponent of ether type and ester type ECDP.The n is between 1.7 and 2 for the ether type ECDP,and which of the ester type ECDP also has no obvious change law,the crystallization rate(G) of both increases first and then decreases with increasing temperature.
