摘    要:针对溶剂法合成马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺共聚物时聚合物中MA含量少、利用率低以及聚合物收率低的难题,文中在四氢呋喃(THF)中,沉淀聚合合成了马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺(MA-AAM)共聚物,考察了单体投料比、单体总浓度、引发剂用量以及反应时间对共聚的影响.凯式定氮法测定了聚合物中AAM含量,化学计算得到了MA含量.循环利用聚合残液八...

Abstract:In order to solve the problems existing in the synthesis of poly(maleic anhydride-acrylamide) in organic solvents,such as low content,low utilization rate of maleic anhydride and low yield of the copolymer,radical precipitation polymerization of acrylamide with maleic anhydride in tetrahydrofuran(THF) was used to synthesize MA-AAM.The effects of monomer molar ratio,concentration of monomers,amount of initiator and reaction time on copolymerization reaction were investigated.Maleic anhydride(MA) monomer content was obtained by chemical calculation through acrylamide(AAM) content measured by Kjeldahl method.The content,the utilization rate of maleic anhydride and the copolymer yield were improved to 42%,95% and 61% respectively by recycling the polymerization residue eight times.The chemical structure of the copolymer was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and the relative molecular weight(M-n=1.36×104,M-w=1.94×104,D=1.4) of the copolymer was measured by gel permeation in chromatography(GPC).
