摘    要:采用环氧化天然胶乳改性纳米碳酸钙,并与天然胶乳通过共混制备复合材料,用扫描电镜和热重分析仪研究了复合材料的形态结构和热氧稳定性。未改性碳酸钙-天然胶乳复合材料热失重温度无明显变化,经环氧化天然胶乳处理的碳酸钙与天然胶乳所制备复合材料的热失重温度明显升高,其中碳酸钙填充量为4%时,复合材料的起始失重温度比对照样提高了约6...

Abstract:The natural rubber/nano-CaCO3 composites were prepared with nano-CaCO3 modified using epoxidized natural rubber latex(ENRL) and the morphology and thermal stability were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis.As compared to the control,the initial temperatures of composites from unmodified nano-CaCO3 are almost unchanged,while those from the ENRL-modified nano-CaCO3 increase obviously.And the initial temperature of the composite rises from 356.29 ℃ to about 362.06 ℃ with the loading of 4% ENRL-modified nano-CaCO3.The results show that strong interaction exists between ENRL-modified nano-CaCO3 particles and rubber matrix,leading to the improvement of thermal stability of composite.
