摘    要:以双酚A(BPA),碳酸二丁酯(DBC)为原料,制备出双酚A单丁基碳酸酯(I)和双酚A二丁基碳酸酯(II),用核磁共振波谱表征其结构。通过I、II的熔融自缩聚及II与BPA酯交换反应合成了双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC),用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)和热失重法(TGA)对PC的分子量和热力学性质进行分析。研究发现,II自缩聚更易...

Abstract:Biphenol-A monobuthylcarbonate(I) and biphenol-A dibuthylcarbonate(II) were synthesized by using bisphenol A(BPA) and dibuthyl carbonate(DBC) as the raw materials.Their structures were characterized by NMR.A non-phosgene process for producing bisphenol-A polycarbonate(PC) was developed through the self trans-esterification of I and II,and co-transesterification of BPA and II.Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) were used to measure the molecular weights and thermodynamic properties respectively.The self transesterification of II is the best way to prepare the higher molecular weight PC.The w of PC obtained from the self-polymerization of II for 6 h is up to 3.1×104.Its main chain degradation temperature(50%) reaches 475 ℃.This non-phosgene route is a novel alternative preparation for polycarbonate.
