摘    要:以对-亚苯基-双苯偏三酸酯二酐(BTAH)与4,4'-二胺基二苯醚(ODA)为单体采用两步法合成了一种全芳族热塑性结晶型聚酯酰亚胺.盖示扫描量热(DSC)结果显示其玻璃化转变温度为192℃,且聚合物在熔融过程中表现出熔融双峰.X射线衍射(WAXD)结果显示聚合物在室温以及在410℃和420℃处理后均在2θ为18°,23...

Abstract:A high molecular weight aromatic thermoplastic crystalline poly(ester-imide)(PEI) was synthesized via the two-step method from the reaction of bis(trimellitic acid anhydride) phenyl ester(BTAH) with 4-aminophenyl ether(ODA).Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) results indicate that the glass transition temperature is 192 ℃ and this polymer displays dual endothermic transitions.Wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) results indicate that there are three diffraction peaks at 2θ values of 18°,23° and 27° after the polymer treated at room temperature,410 ℃ and 420 ℃,and the amount of crystallinity is 15.52%,20.73% and 25.48%,respectively.Furthermore,a new diffraction peak at 2θ values of 3.5° appears after treated at 420 ℃.Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) results also indicate that a new peak appears at 1736 cm-1 with the increase of the temperature.Combined the polarizing microscope(PLM) results,the dual endothermic transitions are attributed to the different levels of crystal perfection and sizes in crystal structures.
