纳米SiO2含量对尼龙6/SiO2纳米复合材料蠕变性能的影响

摘    要:通过原位聚合法制备了尼龙6/SiO2纳米复合材料。利用扫描电镜观测了复合材料的表面形貌,结果表明,纳米SiO2颗粒均匀地分布在尼龙6基体中。利用电子万能试验机对不同纳米SiO2含量的复合材料进行了短期(24 h)蠕变性能的测试,结果表明,随着纳米SiO2含量的增加,复合材料的抗蠕变性能也随着增大;在30 MPa、40 MPa和50 MPa的应力水平下,纳米SiO2含量为5%的纳米复合材料的蠕变应变分别比纯尼龙6降低了38.4%、61.0%和71.9%。

Abstract:The nylon 6/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization method.The morphology and structure of the nylon 6/SiO2 nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that the nano-SiO2 particles are uniformly distributed in the nylon 6 matrix.The short term(24 hours) creep properties of these nanocomposites with different nano-SiO2 content were measured by the electronic all-powerful tester.The results indicate that the anti-creep properties of the nylon 6/SiO2 nanocomposites increase with the nano-SiO2 content increasing;The creep strain of the nylon 6/SiO2 nanocomposites with 5% nano-SiO2 content reduces 38.4%,61.0% and 71.9% comparing with that of the pure nylon 6 under the stress level of 30 MPa,40 MPa and 50 MPa,respectively.
