紫外光照射下光敏引发丙烯酰胺聚合动力学

摘    要:以2,2’-偶氮(2-脒基丙烷)二氢氯化物(V-50)为光敏引发剂,丙烯酰胺为原料,采用毛细管膨胀计法,研究了丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合动力学规律;在紫外光照射下探讨了单体浓度、光敏引发剂浓度、反应温度对光敏引发丙烯酰胺(AM)聚合反应速率的影响。结果表明,聚合反应的表观活化能为21.21 kJ/mol,反应表观速率常数表达式为k=2.688×103exp(-21.21/RT),光敏引发AM聚合速率的动力学方程式表示为Rp=kAM]1.088I]0.4989,通过实验验证了该动力学关系式。

Abstract:The polymerization kinetics of acrylamide solution system with V-50 as photosensitizer and acrylamide as materials was studied at certain condition by using dilatometer under UV irradiation.Meanwhile,the effects of monomer and initiator concentrations and reaction temperatures on the rate of photopolymerization were discussed at a UV lamp.The conclusion shows that the apparent activation energy is 21.21 kJ/mol,the apparent reaction rate constant is expressed as: k=2.668×103 exp(-21.21/RT) and the kinetic equation of polymerization can be summarized as following: Rp=k1.088I]0.4989.The kinetic equation of the photosensitive polymerization was verified by experiments.
