| 摘 要： | 膜片故障是隔膜压缩机的常见故障,对高纯气体生产装置中隔膜压缩机的膜片故障进行了统计,并使用ANSYS有限元软件对膜片进行了静力学分析。通过静力学分析的计算结果,对膜片故障的原因进行了分析,并提出了延长膜片使用寿命的措施。
