摘    要:针对超高压聚乙烯装置脉冲阀螺栓发生断裂的情况,采用断口宏观分析、微观形貌分析、能谱分析、化学成分分析、金相检验及力学性能测试等方法分析了螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明:断口形貌表现为腐蚀疲劳的特征,疲劳裂纹的起源为弱酸性含Cl介质造成的螺纹根部腐蚀凹坑,腐蚀凹坑的存在使应力进一步集中,在交变载荷作用下产生了腐蚀疲劳断裂。

Fracture Failure Analysis of Super High Pressure Pulse Valve Bolt

Abstract:For the situation of ultra-high pressure polyethylene plant pulse valve bolt fracture, the fracture reasons were analyzed by means of macro and micro fracture analysis, energy spectrum analysis, chemical compositions analysis, microstrueture examination and mechanical properties testing. The results indicate that: the fractography showed the characteristics of corrosion fatigue, the origin of the fatigue cracks the thread roots caused by containing Cl medium weak acid corrosion pits, the presence of corrosion pits further concentrate the stress, corrosion fatigue fracture occurred under the alternating loads.
