| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS软件分析平台,以静力学理论分析技术为基础,以有限元分析方法为核心,利用Pro/E软件进行三维建模后,导入ANSYS软件进行分析。并联合使用这两款软件对某机床床头箱底座上面与床头箱底面的接触刚性进行了分析与研究,对变形、应力、应变等物理量进行了分析讨论。为同类型机床结构的设计与制造提供理论依据与参考。

| Abstract: | Based on ANSYS software analysis platform, In static analysis technology based on the theory, Finite element at the core, The use of Pro / E model building, Importing ANSYS to analyze. Use of software above the base of the headstock contact with the bottom surface of the rigid bedside analysis and research conducted. Deformation,stress, strain and other physical quantities are analyzed and discussed. Provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design and manufacture the same type of machine tool structure. |
