摘    要:传统的气瓶设计采用薄膜理论和第一强度理论进行设计,由于在设计中未对实际应力进行严格计算,设计选取的安全系数较大,经济性不好。利用ANSYS软件模拟气瓶加载后的应力、应变情况,揭示出了气瓶承载时的应力分布规律和变形情况,为气瓶的优化设计和可靠性设计奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:The traditional design of cylinder is usually based on the membrane theory and the first strength theory. Since the actual stress of the cylinder isn't calculate strictly in detail, the safety coefficient selected shall be greater and the economical shall be worse. ANSYS is adopted by simulating the stress and strain of the cylinder after loading to show the regularity of the stress distribution and the deformation,which will offer a solid foundation for the optimized and reliable design of cylinder.
