新型植树挖坑机组合式刀盘的有限元分析

摘    要:针对传统植树挖坑机工作装置(刀具)结构复杂、不可更换的缺点,采用可更换刀片的组合式刀盘,利用APDL参数化设计语言建立了组合式刀盘的有限元模型,并进行了动静态分析。结果表明,组合式刀盘能够满足动静态要求。

Finite Element Analysis for Combined Cutter of new Type Digging Machine for Planting Trees

Abstract:In view of the traditional planting hole digger working device disadvantages of complex structure and cannot be replaced, adopte combined knife plate which is replaceable blade. The finite element model of Combined cutter is established by APDL parameter design language,and make dynamic and static analysis. The results show that the combined cutter can satisfy the requirements of dynamic and static.
