摘    要:研究的对象是一款工作于0.5V电源电压的低噪声放大器,低噪声放大器设计通常要求功率和噪声同时匹配来,这样才能达到最优化的性能。在理论分析的基础上详细阐述了功率匹配与噪声优化的具体过程,并给出了相应的仿真结果。

Abstract:The research object is the low noise amplifier a work in the 0.SV supply voltage, low noise amplifier design usually requires the power and noise matching performance at the same time, in order to achieve the optimization. In this paper, on the basis of the theoretical analysis described in detail the specific process of power matching and noise optimization, and the corresponding simulation results are presented.
