S30408不锈钢封头母材裂纹原因分析

摘    要:冷加工成型的S30408不锈钢封头,热处理后母材部分出现细小裂纹。经检测,微观组织为奥氏体+点状、条状铁素体,晶粒度级别在7级左右,同时发现裂纹完全沿晶发展并有晶粒脱落现象,认为材料发生了晶间腐蚀,从而导致封头母材失效。同时,为防止或减缓晶间腐蚀采取了适当措施,有效避免了开裂现象的产生。

Reason Analysis of S30408 Stainless Steel Head Cracks

Abstract:Cold formed S30408 stainless steel head, heat treatment of the mother material part of small cracks appeared. After testing, the microstructure is austenite + punctate, strip ferrite, grain size of about 7, also found that the crack completely intergranular development and grain shedding phenomenon, that the occurrence of intergranular corrosion material, resulting in the failure of head of base metal. At the same time, in order to prevent or slow down the intergranular corrosion taken appropriate measures, effectively avoid cracking.
