摘    要:以某四缸电控高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,利用GT-Suite软件建立整机仿真模型,对不同喷射策略进行仿真计算,研究了预喷量和预喷-主喷间隔对NOx和碳烟排放的影响。仿真结果表明,预喷射与单次喷射时相比,设置合理的预喷-主喷间隔和预喷量能够降低NOx和碳烟的排放。随着预喷-主喷间隔增大,NOx排放逐渐减低,但过大的预喷-主喷间隔使NOx排放增加。同时随着预喷-主喷间隔增大,碳烟排放逐渐减低。随着预喷量增大,NOx排放增加,同时碳烟排放降低。该仿真研究对进一步优化预喷方案具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking a four cylinder electronically controlled object, the whole simulation model was established on GT - high pressure common rail diesel engine as the research Suite software. Basing on the simulation results of different injection strategy, the paper reveals the influence of both the pilot injection quantity and the interval between pilot injection and main injection on NOx and Soot emissions. According to the research, compared with a single injection, setting reasonable interval between pilot injection and main injection and reasonable pilot injection quantity can reduce the emissions of NOx and Soot. With the increase of the interval between pilot injection and main injection, NOx and Soot emissions reduced gradually, but too much interval can actually increase the NOx emissions. With the increase of the pilot injection quantity, the emissions of NOx increase, and Soot decrease. The simulation research has reference significance to the further optimization of the pilot injection solution.
