动力电池组的均衡控制与设计

摘    要:随着能源及环保问题的日益加剧,电动汽车成为未来汽车的发展方向。然而电池技术的不成熟,特别是电池成组使用时的不一致性成为制约电动汽车发展的最大瓶颈。基于现有的锂离子电池制造水平,电池单体存在一定的差异,为了避免个别单体的过充、过放所导致的电池组提前失效,提高电池组的使用性能,应对电池组中各单体进行均衡管理和控制。描述了电池的均衡控制方法、电路设计和实现步骤,并对锂离子电池进行均衡充放电试验,结果表明该方法能有效地弥补电池的不一致性。

The Design and Control of Balancing Power Battery Pack

Abstract:Since the energy and environmental problems are growing, electric vehicle becomes the developing trend of automobile. However, the immature of battery technology, especially the inconsistence of battery pack becomes the biggest bottleneck that restricts the development of EV. Based on lithium ion battery technology, there will be difference between cells. The battery cells should be balanced so as to improve battery performance and avoid battery failure come out of single cell' s overcharging or overdischarging. The process of balancing power battery pack has been given in this paper.
