测井仪一体式滚轮扶正器研究

摘    要:基于超声波测量原理,一些测井仪器在井孔中工作时要求保持良好的居中位置。一体式滚轮扶正器由压簧推动支臂对仪器进行径向支撑,滚轮与套管内壁间为滚动摩擦,运动阻力小。建立了多滚轮扶正器的力学模型,研究了各滚轮位于套管内壁周向任意方位以及扶正器在任意角度斜井工作时的受力情况,在此基础上设计了一种四滚轮一体式扶正器。

Research on One-piece Roller Centralizer for Logging Instruments

Abstract:Some logging instruments pie of ultrasonic measurement. The should keep good center position when working in the oil well based on the prinei- one-piece roller centralizer supports the instrument in radial direction through pushing supporting arms by compression springs. Rolling friction is formed between rollers and the inner wall of the casing, which makes the movement resistance smaller. In this paper, the mechanical models of the centralizer with any rollers are orientation established, and the forces on rollers in the case that the rollers are located in random circumferential of the casing's inner wall and the centralizer works in the deviated well with random angle are studied in detail. On that basis, a four-wheel one-piece centralizer is designed and introduced.
