| 摘 要： | 某机某框是一个典型的壁板类零件。壁板类零件在加工时,金属去除率大,很容易发生变形,影响零件质量。以特定零件的加工为例,通过分析零件特点及影响变形的因素等,制定工艺方案,攻克加工技术难点,最终制定出如何优质高效地此类零件加工方法。

| Abstract: | A machine frame is a typical panel parts. Panel parts on machining, metal removal rate, easy to deformation, affect the quality of parts. In the processing of specific parts as an example, through the analysis of deformation characteristics and the influence of the parts, process plan, to capture the processing technical difficulties, eventually establishing how these parts processing method of high quality. |
