UG和ANSYS结构优化设计比较

摘    要:对UG和ANSYS两软件在结构优化设计方面进行比较,证明了用UG软件做结构优化设计是可行的,其分析结果是可靠的。通过UG和ANSYS对悬臂梁的结构优化设计分析,对比两者的操作过程及分析结果,发现用UG做结构优化虽有一些不足,但是操作简单,建模方便,并且结果和ANSYS分析结果相似,比较准确。

Abstract:Comparing the structure optimization design about UG with ANSYS, we proved that the structure optimization design about UG is feasible and analysis results are reliable. Through the analysis of structure optimization design of a cantilever beam about UG and ANSYS,comparing the operation process and the resoles of the analysis, we found although the structure optimization about UG are some shortcomings, but the operation of it is simple, modeling is convenient, and the results are similar with ANSYS' results which is accurate.
