车辆转向系统振动特性的试验分析

摘    要:转向系统的振动特性是衡量汽车NVH性能的一个重要评价指标,是影响车辆乘坐舒适性的重要影响因素.在新车型开发过程中解决方向盘振动严重的问题就非常必要.通过试验对转向系统方向盘进行传递函数测试,得到方向盘振动的固有频率,并与发动机怠速状态下的激励频率对比,从而分析方向盘在怠速状态下振动过大的原因,并为转向系统的进一步结构优化设计打下基础.

Abstract:Vibration characteristics of the steering system is an important section in automotive NVH evaluation and a significant factors impact on vehicle comfortable . It's necessary to solve serious steering wheeling vibration in the process of developing new models . In this study, though the steering system transfer function test can get the natural frequency of vibration and comparison with the excitation frequency of the engine idle speed , get what cause the excessive vibration of the steering wheel in the idle state, and for further optimize the design of the steering system basis.
