典型拉深件成形过程数值模拟的快速建模

摘    要:在板料成形过程中应用有限元技术,能够有效地帮助设计人员提早发现成形过程中的不足,从而提高设计工艺。但在实际操作中,拉深工艺参数的试算和有限元模型的建立仍然采用人工一步步操作,耗费了大量时间。针对上述问题,利用有限元前后处理软件MSC.Patran,对MSC.Dytran建模进行了二次开发,实现了对典型零件拉深工艺参数的自动计算和有限元模型的自动创建。二次开发系统自动生成的有限元模型可直接用MSC.Dytran分析计算。实例验证该系统能够大大提高工艺方案设计的效率。

Abstract:Application of finite element technology in the plate forming process, can effectively help the designers to find problems in forming process, so as to improve the design process. But in the actual operation, establish the drawing process parameters calculation and the finite element model is still using manual operation step by step, wasted a lot of time. In view of the above questions, using the software MSC.Patran of finite element modeling of MSC.Dytran before and after, for the two time development, realizing automatic creation of automatic calculation of typical parts drawing process parameters and finite element model. Automatic generation of finite element model two development system earl be directly calculated by MSC.Dytran analysis. An example proves that the system can greatly improve the efficiency of process planning.
