| Abstract: | Starting for the significance of cost management for electrical power construction enterprises, the paper concludes problems existing in cost management of electrical power engineering, puts forward measures of improving cost management of electrical power infrastructure enterpri- ses, and shows cost management principles, with a view to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. |
